My name is Nann and I am from Northern Thailand. When I was 7 years old my grandmother taught me how to prepare rice. Every day before I went to school, I cooked rice for breakfast with my grandmother. That’s how I learned to cook at a young age.

I have been working in Japanese cuisine for over 10 years. I learned to cook from an early age and it is an important part of my life. It is my hobby and passion, and it gives me energy every day because I can use my full creativity in this.

For years I had the dream to open my own sushi kitchen where I can combine creativity with the most beautiful and best ingredients. That’s how I started Sushi Lola in 2022. Not a standard concept but good quality sushi with varying and surprising ingredients.
